Cookies
This page explains what cookies are, which ones platformconnects.digital uses, and how you can accept or reject optional cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences or understand how pages are used. Some are essential for basic functions; others are optional.
Types we use
Essential cookies remember your cookie consent choice so the banner does not reappear on every visit. Analytics cookies, used only after Accept, help us see which audit and field-note pages are read. Rejecting analytics does not block browsing, forms, or content.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| platformconnects_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject preference for the cookie banner | 1 year (localStorage) | Platform Connects |
| pc_analytics | Optional aggregate page-view measurement after consent | 6 months | Platform Connects |
Managing cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the banner when it appears. Clearing site data in your browser removes the stored preference and will show the banner again. You can also disable cookies in browser settings; essential consent storage may then reset each visit.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts from Google Fonts may cause your browser to contact Google’s servers. We do not load advertising cookies. If we add a third-party analytics provider later, this table will be updated before activation.
Impact of disabling
Disabling optional analytics does not affect inquiry forms, audit pages, or engagement content. Disabling all cookies may cause the consent banner to reappear frequently.
