Acceptance

By using this website or signing an engagement letter with Platform Connects, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work. Individual engagements may include additional written conditions that prevail over this page where they conflict.

Services described

Pages describing audits, fees, and timelines are informational. A binding scope arises only when both parties sign an engagement letter specifying entities, products, deliverables, and fees.

Intellectual property

Website content, report templates, and methodologies remain the property of Platform Connects. Clients receive a licence to use final reports for internal governance, regulator dialogue, and board reporting. Redistribution of reports to the public or competitors requires prior written consent.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate documents, timely access to interviewees, and factual comments on draft findings. Delays in intake may shift fieldwork windows without constituting a breach by Platform Connects.

Liability

Our audits provide independent observations based on evidence available during the engagement window. They do not guarantee licence approval, inspection outcomes, or correspondent-bank decisions. To the fullest extent permitted under Taiwan law, liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse. Inquiry forms must contain truthful contact details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
