Data we collect

Inquiry forms may collect name, email, selected audit type, preferred start window, and message content. Newsletter forms collect email only. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security. Engagement work under a signed letter may involve additional business contact details as described in that letter.

Purposes

We use data to respond to inquiries, schedule scoping calls, deliver contracted audits, send field-note emails you requested, and maintain essential site security. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them; see our cookies page.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a related engagement begins, in which case records follow the engagement letter’s retention schedule (typically seven years for working papers). Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Log data is rotated within ninety days.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@platformconnects.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwan authority.

International transfers

If tools hosting email or form transmissions process data outside Taiwan, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination. Audit working papers for Taiwan clients are stored under access controls agreed in the engagement letter.

Children

This site is directed at business audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
